EMS Cryogenic Ball Valve

We want to introduce our cryogenic ball valve.

What makes it work?

An extended bonnet with an upper set of live loaded stem packing. As metal shrinks, it keeps pressure on seals as temperature goes through cooling and heating cycles. Vented ball allows explosive gas expansion to vent upstream.


  • Temperatures from 205 oC down to -200 oC
  • Fire safe tested to API 607
  • The valves meet or exceeds leakage criteria per MSS SP-134
  • Optional API 622 low-e packing
  • Cleaned for oxygen service
  • Locking lever handle
